ICONS Consulting is dedicated to building exceptional business solutions by utilizing the latest technology and combining that with proven principals of business and profitability.
Josh Bobrowsky and Jim Crowell are the founding partners of Icons Consulting. Together they combine creativity, technology, hard work and vision to build profit for their clients.
Josh started his first profitable business at the age of 17. Since then he has honed his skills in sales, online marketing, and effective business practices.
He has an undergraduate degree in psychology from West Virginia University and a Law Degree from Case Western Reserve University. During law school Josh worked as a legal extern in the movie industry in Pittsburgh.
Since then Josh has been the owner of Integrated Fitness where he heads the online marketing, web development, social media, and search engine optimization. Thanks to Josh’s efforts online Integrated Fitness’s website is ranked in the top 5% of all the websites in the world after only one year, having over 150,000 pageviews and accounting for upwards of 70% of new clients for the business.
Additionally, studied social media at Carnegie Mellon University, and was part of Josh a consulting team of Carnegie Mellon graduate students who revamped Adidas’s social media campaign for the United States.
Josh has a tremendous understanding of online markets and the ability to use creativity to connection online businesses with real world profits.
He will structure your business in a way that allows for it to be long term focused but nimble enough to change on with the changing landscape of the online world.
Jim Crowell holds 2 undergraduate degrees from The Pennsylvania State University in Finance and Economics. Post graduation Jim worked for a commodity trading hedge fund where he held multiple roles.
He traded successfully in the natural gas, crude oil, gasoline, and heating oil markets from 2006-2010. He co-managed the value at risk, VaR, as well as the margins for the company and he created investor pitch books and marketing decks which were used during the garnering of apx. $750mm in investor capital.
Jim is also the owner of Integrated Fitness which is a successful fitness facility in the Pittsburgh area. Jim has a tremendous knack for structuring businesses and organizing short and long term strategy in order for a business to create a sustainable plan for future growth.
